Test Site Update

Posted on 2012-12-18
The recent update brings performance, activity logs and a SQL Server back-end...

I started building the logging module bespoke for Alacrity since I found that Log4Net doesn't serve my purposes all that well. So I needed a test implementation, and where better than my own site :) That, together with moving to SQL Server from a SQL Compact database required some scripting to JSON to preserve the database contents during the migration. But all's well. Features, News and Forum posts are all intact.

The only problem is that with migrating the user accounts across, the password information is necessarily lost. If you're having problems logging in, request a password reset. That should set you right.

Other things that's been added is the availability of image tags in the forum posts. So, go wild. I do not support hosting your images though...

So for a while there everyone was making fun at Farming Simulator. What else can they do with that engine?
Titled for irony, I am not a designer and really don't know what I'm doing. But, I think the way it looks now is more communicable and easier on the eye.
You might have noticed that all Stingray's old blog entries has been transferred to the test sight now. While doing it, however, a funny thing happened.
